The Well Library Author's "Hall of Fame" celebrates the renowned published author's of George Mason University who are leaders in their fields of study and education. Authors are inducted into the The Well Library "Hall of Fame" each month during a ceremony that includes the presentation of a permanent plaque that resides in The Well. In addition, the author's books are included in The Well for all guests of The Mason Inn Conference Center & Hotel to enjoy when they stay. Guests borrow the books and learn about subjects as diverse as leadership, global politics, world history, the dynamics of family violence and many more.

Fall For The Book & The Mason Inn Join Forces To Celebrate Great Authors
Fall for the Book is a celebration of fiction, non-fiction, poetry and the great authors that crafted the words to capture our imagination. When inducted into the Well Library authors receive recognition for their outstanding achievements.
Aside from offering occasions to gather and celebrate each other’s work, the ceremonies give visual evidence to guests of the intellectual life that is part of Mason. Guests are welcome to browse the selected titles to sample the university’s best writers and scholars.
